I think creating 20 permanent e-waste collection centers is a great idea, but will people actually use them if they're not convenient? I've seen recycling centers in my city that are so far out of the way that people just end up throwing their trash away normally. How about also setting up some kind of incentive program, like free pickups or rewards for people who recycle their e-waste, to make sure these centers are actually used?
