By accessing or using MindReef ("the Service") at mindreef.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MindReef is a collaborative discussion platform where users submit topics and ideas that are analyzed and evaluated with the assistance of AI. The platform is intended for constructive, good-faith participation in collective problem-solving.
You must register an account to post content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (topics, ideas, comments). By posting, you grant MindReef a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process your content for the purpose of operating the Service, including AI analysis.

The platform uses AI to analyze discussions and evaluate ideas. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. MindReef does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
The platform includes a reputation system that reflects your contribution history. Reputation scores are determined algorithmically and may change based on your activity, including content approval or deletion. Reputation scores have no monetary value.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community. Deletion requests are subject to AI arbitration and, where escalated, admin review.
If you provide your own AI provider API keys, you are responsible for compliance with that provider's terms of service and for any charges incurred. MindReef stores your keys encrypted and uses them only to fulfill your requests on the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindReef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
